CreateStuffAndEat is a platform that connects DJs, artists, event organizers, venue owners, and vendors with people seeking entertainment and creative services across Africa. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between service providers and clients.

User Accounts

Service Provider Terms

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with platform security or functionality

CreateStuffAndEat acts as a platform connecting service providers with clients. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but these terms will remain in effect regarding past use.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
